We exist to be obedient to the words of Jesus.
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20 (ESV)
“…whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31 (ESV)
Our mission is based on:
is God’s holy and inerrant Word.
Which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. All scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the people of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2 Timothy 3:15-17
is not earned by man, rather it’s a gift of God’s grace.
For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
is the body of Christ, made up of all born again believers who are disciples of Jesus.
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.” Jesus in John 13:34-35
go into all the world and share the Word of God.
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20
One God in 3 Persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit:
is of none, neither begotten, nor proceeding. The Father is an invisible Spirit and concerns Himself with all the affairs of man.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said let there be … Genesis 1:1-3
is eternally begotten of the Father. The Father can be known by man though His Son Jesus Christ.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16-17
eternally proceeds from the Father and the Son. The Spirit lives inside every Christ-follower as a guide, and comforter, and He sanctifies the believer. Furthermore, the Spirit is the seal of salvation for the child of God.
Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized everyone of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and all who are far off-for all whom the Lord our God will call.” Acts 2:38-39

WE TEACH/BELIEVE the Holy Bible is the inspired word of God, inerrant, infallible, and the all-sufficient authority in matters of faith, doctrine, and Christian living (ll Timothy 3:16-17).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Deut. 6:4, John 10:30, John 14:16-23, Rom. 8:9).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE in the Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ, that He is true God and man, He died on the cross for our sins, He rose bodily from the dead, He ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of the Father, He is now our High Priest and Advocate and we await His return (Luke 1:26-38, John 1:1-18, John 19:16-30, John 20:1-31, Luke 24:50-53, Mark 16:19, Hebrews 4:14-16, I Thess. 4:13-18).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and as a result was alienated from God. Only through regeneration by the work of the Holy Spirit can man’s salvation and relationship with God be restored (Genesis 1:1-3:24, Eph. 2:1-10, Eph. 4:17-24).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that eternal salvation is a free gift of God by His grace, entirely apart from man’s works, and is possessed by any and all who have faith and trust in Jesus Christ and who, by the work of the Holy Spirit, receive a new heart, not only a heart cleansed of sin, but one that longs for God (Eph. 2:8-9).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that the Holy Spirit, the third member of the Godhead, has a unique and special work in the lives of all believers. The Holy Spirit is sent by God to empower us from on high and to lead us. We also hold that all gifts and offices of the Holy Spirit are operational until the return of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:1-31, Romans 12:3-8, and Ephesians 4:7-16).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE in regenerated church members: that is, persons old enough to understand their need for Jesus Christ and who, of their own free will, place their trust in Him as their Savior and Lord (Acts 2:37-41, Acts 4:12, John 3:1-21).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that baptism is to be by immersion and the Lord’s Supper is memorial to His suffering and the death on the cross. These are ordinances to be observed by the church in its present age. They are not, however, to be regarded as means for man’s salvation (Acts 2:41, I Cor. 11:23-26).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE in the personal, bodily, imminent, and glorious return of the Lord Jesus Christ and that His Second Coming inspires believers for dynamic life in service for Him while waiting for His return (Acts 1:10, 11, 1 Cor, 15:58).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that God created the world in 6 literal, 24-hour days. In the Book of Genesis, ‘Yom,’ the Hebrew word for “day,” is the only word used for “day” throughout the entire creation account. ‘Yom’ is always numbered and is also accompanied by the words ‘evening’ and ‘morning’ (i.e.- the 1st day, the 2nd day, etc.) which means that ‘Yom’ is a numerical adjective. Whenever ‘Yom’ is used in such a context, it is always an ordinary day, never a “long period of time,” i.e.- millions or billions of years (Genesis 1:1-31).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE in the bodily resurrection of the dead, the everlasting blessedness of the saved in heaven, and the everlasting punishment and separation from God of the unsaved in hell (1 Thes. 4:13-18, Rev. 20:11-15).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE in the autonomy of the local church. The church shall manage its own affairs as God directs while maintaining relationships with other churches, organizations and ministries that serve God in a fashion consistent with our vision and these Bylaws.
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that God intends human life to begin in families and to be blessed through families. The family is created by God where a man and a woman enter into a covenant for life. According to Scripture, God’s blessing on sexual union takes place only within the marriage relationship (Genesis 1:27-28).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that human life begins at conception. Children are of greatest importance as noted in the Bible. Children are to be wanted, loved, trained, and respected in their homes and in the church. Scripture also teaches children to honor and obey their parents in the Lord (Psa. 139:13-14, Isa. 44:24, Gal 1:15, Psa. 127:3-5, Isa. 54:13, Luke 18:16, Eph. 6:1-3).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that within the church single persons are to be wanted, valued, and respected and they are to be included in the life and activities of the church family (1 Cor. 7:32-34).
WE TEACH/BELIEVE that the church is to minister truth and compassion to persons in difficult family relationships. There are some in the church who experience abuse, sexual misconduct and other problems that make marriage and family life extremely difficult to carry out and in some cases even impossible, resulting in divorce. Jesus affirmed the sanctity of marriage in Matthew 5:32. He also pointed to the hardness of the heart as the ultimate case for divorce in Mark 10:2-9. The church is called to uphold the permanency of marriage and help couples strengthen their marriage relationships (Eph. 5:21-33).
